Ingredients:

  • Avocados (count 1 per person)
  • Eggs
  • Parsley
  • Pepper and salt
  • Toppings: salmon,..

How to: 

  • Preheat the oven on 220 degrees.
  • Cut the avocado’s in halves, remove the pit. Spread them on an oven plate with baking paper.
  • Take a spoon and remove some extra flesh to have enough space for the eggs.
  • Break (one per one) the eggs in a bowl before pouring the egg into the avocado.
  • Note that it’s perfectly normal that the egg white runs all over your plate…
  • Add pepper and salt
  • Put the plate in the oven for 10 minutes (check if the eggs are boiled).
  • Shred the parsley on top.
