Ingredients:
- Avocados (count 1 per person)
- Eggs
- Parsley
- Pepper and salt
- Toppings: salmon,..
How to:
- Preheat the oven on 220 degrees.
- Cut the avocado’s in halves, remove the pit. Spread them on an oven plate with baking paper.
- Take a spoon and remove some extra flesh to have enough space for the eggs.
- Break (one per one) the eggs in a bowl before pouring the egg into the avocado.
- Note that it’s perfectly normal that the egg white runs all over your plate…
- Add pepper and salt
- Put the plate in the oven for 10 minutes (check if the eggs are boiled).
- Shred the parsley on top.
