Busy week ahead? Wondering how to combine all social activities with healthy cooking? Easy, get those tupperware boxes out and start prepping!

P.S. The good thing, you only need 1 frying pan and 1 cooking pot.

Chicken

  • Take a frying-pan
  • 1 TSP Oil
  • 2 Chicken breasts (vrije uitloop)
  • Salt, Pepper & Garlic
  • Soy sauce, honey

Vegetables

Remove chicken from pan, use same frying pan

  • Add an onion
  • Some bell peppers (colour whatever you want)
  • A broccoli
  • Stir until the veggies are ***

Quinoa

  • Cook some quinoa (you know the drill, right?)

Finish with sesame seeds.

Take Tupperwear boxes (as many as you want), cover the bottom with a thick layer of quinoa and divide the chicken and vegetable mix over the four boxes.
