P.S. The good thing, you only need 1 frying pan and 1 cooking pot.
Chicken
- Take a frying-pan
- 1 TSP Oil
- 2 Chicken breasts (vrije uitloop)
- Salt, Pepper & Garlic
- Soy sauce, honey
Vegetables
Remove chicken from pan, use same frying pan
- Add an onion
- Some bell peppers (colour whatever you want)
- A broccoli
- Stir until the veggies are ***
Quinoa
- Cook some quinoa (you know the drill, right?)
Finish with sesame seeds.
Take Tupperwear boxes (as many as you want), cover the bottom with a thick layer of quinoa and divide the chicken and vegetable mix over the four boxes.
